‘We have used Lucy on a few occasions to deal with the resolution of a dispute. We found Lucy to be very contactable and easy to talk to. She quickly understood the issues and explained everything in a easy to understand manner . She directed us on how best to approach the dispute and provided us with some key pointers on how to declare our position. We are delighted to advise the dispute was resolved as a result of Lucy’s advice and guidance. We would definitely use Lucy’s services again should the need arise.‘ and
‘I approached Broomhead & Saul with an enquiry about a poorly built and poorly managed renovation. Lucy gave clear, concise, relevant advice, explained costs, and the different stages of the escalation of a complaint. Lucy was generous with her information and a stand out comment was that she was there to take the stress away and mediate. I would not hesitate to recommend.’
