  • Leading the transaction for the Approved Franchise Association in its merger with the British Franchise Association
  • The disposal of a business operating globally in the marine sector, for c.£3.2m
  • The £3m management buy-out MBO of a national IT supply company
  • Sale of the entire issued share capital of Stoberry Lettings Ltd to Countrywide Plc
  • Advising on commercial contracts for clients entering in to deals with Credit Suisse, MTV Europe and Farnborough International
  • Advising on commercial licensing for the EpiQuest Live infection control and prevention system, to be rolled out in hospitals throughout the UK

One of only a handful of specialist franchise lawyers in the UK.  With nearly 20 years of expertise in this area.  He recently established the first health and safety franchise in the UK, alongside work for well-known brands and advice to prospective franchisees.

He facilitated the expansion of the award-winning hair salon, Rush Hair by franchising its business.

His expertise in this field made him the natural choice to lead the landmark transaction on behalf of the Approved Franchise Association when it merged with the British Franchise Association.
