Partner – Solicitor Crime, Civil Litigation, Matrimonial
On completion of his Law Degree Bill started his legal career as an Article Clerk with Broomhead & Saul in November 1992. Since then Bill has developed his own loyal client base.
Bill deals in a variety of disciplines and is very popular with his clients not only because he is so proficient at his job but he also has a great sense of humor which can, on occasion, defuse a difficult or tense situation.
As an accomplished criminal solicitor with a wealth of experience he is the ideal person to have representing you in interview at the Police Station or in the Magistrates Court.
Although Bill spends a great deal of his time in the Magistrates Court he also deals with County Court issues and is happy to see clients for a free initial 30 minute interview to discuss civil litigation and matrimonial matters, when he would also assess the clients’ eligibility for Legal Aid.
Civil litigation covers a wide spectrum of different issues and no matter is too small or too big, if it is important to the client then it is important to Bill.
